Attendance at lunch is mandatory for a complete certificate for 8 ½ hours. The TMTA meeting counts as 1 hour of education. If you do not attend, a corrected certificate will have to be mailed to you at an extra cost of $2.00 for post-age.

Workshop Refund Policy
Seminar Refunds shall be as follows: Full refund if due to illness, natural disasters, etc.
(Not involving illness, natural disasters, etc.) ½ will be refunded if registrar is notified by 15 days prior to seminar. 1/3 will be refunded if registrar is notified within the last 15 days prior to seminar.
Workshop "at the door" Payment Policy
If you do not pre-register for a workshop and choose to 'pay at the door', TMTA will hold your CEU certificate until
payment has cleared the bank and there will be a fee of $1.50 to mail your certificate to you.
