TMTA Legislative

TMTA is working hard to protect the rights of its members while also serving the public on the many matters surrounding our massage therapy profession. Lori Schrader is our serving legislative director and will do her best to attend all 4 TN Massage Board Meetings each year, either in person or virtual if in person is not possible.

After attending each meeting a legislative update will be posted under current news for you to get brought up to speed on the meeting. Lori is not a TN Massage Licensure Board member, does not work for the State of Tennessee in any capacity, and does not speak for or represent the TN Massage Therapy Licensure Board. It is the goal of the TMTA to have a representative of our board there to speak on the behalf of its membership when and if necessary, as YOU are the stakeholders in our profession.
